The following excursions, amenities, services, and other expenses will be covered by Dot to help you enjoy your experience to the fullest!

The Ritz-Carlton

  • Air Travel

    You and your guest’s round-trip economy travel are paid for by Dot Foods. Upgraded travel options are a personal expense. Liz Little with the Dot Travel Team will manage your airline travel. She will send you flight options based on the travel dates you select during registration and then book the flights for you. You can find her information on the contact page.

    We do not pay for airport parking, ride services, or checked bags.

    Dot Foods will transport you to and from the Owen Roberts International Airport.

     

    • Arrivals: Transportation from the Owen Roberts International Airport to The Ritz-Carlton will be provided on Sunday, March 2 and Monday, March 3. If you arrive on a different day, you will need to arrange and pay for your transportation.

     

    • Departures: Transportation from The Ritz-Carlton to Owen Roberts International Airport will be provided on Thursday, March 6. If you depart on a different day, you will need to arrange and pay for your transportation.

     

    Our transportation partner will pre-arrange the transfers for you based on your flight times. Additional information regarding ground transportation will be emailed to you two weeks before the trip.

     

    If you plan to rent a car, please let Liz Little know so we do not schedule ground transfers for you. Keep in mind that Grand Cayman steering wheels and traffic lanes are opposite of the U.S.

  • Additional Information

    We furnish ample gratuities for all program activities, luggage porterage, and housekeeping. However, feel free to tip for any special or personal services you may receive during your stay.

    Our hospitality room will be available in the Rembro Room and Promenade throughout the trip. Here, the Dot Meeting & Events team will assist you with any questions. You can access this space at any time for beverages and snacks provided by our attending suppliers. 

     

    Staffed hours are:

    • Monday, March 3: 10 a.m.–6 p.m.

    • Tuesday, March 4: 8 a.m.–12 p.m.

    • Wednesday, March 5: 7 a.m.–12 p.m.
